Return Policy

Return Period

You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item).

Return Process

  1. Contact our customer service team at evaara@gmail.com to initiate a return.
  2. You'll receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging if possible.
  4. Include the RMA number on the outside of the package.
  5. Ship the item to the address provided in the return instructions.

Condition of Returned Items

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened software or digital products
  • Items that have been used or have had their seals broken
  • Items that show signs of damage or misuse
  • Gift cards or promotional credits

Defective Items

For defective or damaged products, please contact us immediately at evaara@gmail.com with details of the issue. We'll work with you to resolve the problem promptly, which may include replacement or refund.

Exchange

If you need to exchange an item for the same product, send us an email at evaara@gmail.com and ship the original item to the address provided. Once we receive the returned item, we'll ship out the replacement.
