Refund Policy

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Refund Timeframe

The time it takes to receive your refund may vary depending on your payment method:

  • Credit Card: 5-10 business days, depending on your card issuer's policies
  • Debit Card: 5-10 business days
  • Bank Transfer: 3-7 business days
  • Store Credit: Immediate

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted in the following circumstances:

  • Item returned shows signs of use or damage not caused by our error
  • Item is returned more than 14 days after delivery
  • Certain items that are part of a bundled purchase are returned

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the timeframe specified above, please check your bank account again first. Then contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale Items

Only regularly priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded unless specified otherwise in the terms of the sale.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
